Individual yoga lesson will be tailored especially for you. You will be able to choose style, pace and difficulty of your class. The lesson will be adjusted to your level, physical conditions and your mood too. There will be enough time to work with your health issues, injuries or handicaps and also psychosomatic problems and to take a look at the body and soul as one unit.
WHO ARE INDIVIDUAL LESSONS FOR?
Private lessons are for anybody who don't feel comfortable practicing in a group, for those who are shy or have inhibitions with other people present. They are great for people with health issues or injuries as a part of the recovery process. For pregnant women or mummies after childbirth who are not yet ready to join a group lesson. It is also a good solution for busy people since we can arrange a lesson at a time and place that suits you the most. It can be fun for a group of friends who want to enjoy yoga in a closed group or for a couple of colleagues who want to excercise during a lunch break.
WHERE DO INDIVIDUAL LESSONS TAKE PLACE?
Private lessons can be held at your home, your office or online on Skype.
